Scott is amazing! He came to the house, assessed the problems and began working right away. (It was already dark 30 and he gave 2 hours of his time)
He has been out twice with a third visit to come this week. He's dedicated him time and talents, and still has yet to give up. Believe us when we say "anything that can go wrong", has. He's kept cool and has continued to get us water.

Immediately came to my home within half an hour of my distress call after the city had “cleaned out” the sewer lines plugging our home line backing up drainage into our basement. Not only did he take care of the problem, but helped to clean up the mess on a weekend day! He has a very positive attitude and a refreshingly clean vocabulary! Best plumber I ever hired.
