I used this contractor in 2016 he did a fabulous job on my kitchen. The price at the time I thought was fair, during process everything was as scheduled. I was impressed by clean up by the team. Because he did such a great job, I did many referrals. WELL to my surprise, I called him back in FEB 2021 to do my living, finish a wall in my basement, complete bathroom. The price in my opinion was a little costly being I purchase all my materials. Ladies & gents this has been the worst experience with Mr. Smith and his unknowledgeable, do not speak English team and totally rude. Well I paid Mr. Smith over all but $1,0000.00 of the job only for him not to complete all of the job. My friend advised me not to pay him all the monies as he would not complete the job. HARD HEAD makes a soft ..... I have been calling & calling for him to come make the correction to my home from his employees. Everyday it is something, I be there this evening. NEVER shown and it now June 1 2022. i WILL UPDATE WHEN AND IF HE COMES AND FINISH THE WORK. I feel like a fool for trusting him... He talks a good game, if you are up for the disappointment hire him, if not RUN AWAY because he is a solo person, workers only pick up trash and do poor jobs of painting. My air condition I discovered is put in backwards and it sealed. 92 degree and he say I am coming no show once again. RUN!!!! DO NOT HIRE!!!!

Was hired to do a full home remodel. Was given a $12,000 deposit showed up 9 days, tore the roof off my kitchen and never came back. Leaving my whole kitchen exposed to the elements.

Walter Smith came recommended by a coworker. We had a house fire and we hired him to renovate our kitchen, master closet, roof work and bathroom. The work in the kitchen was stunning BUT he and his crew left debris in my yard, in the kitchen, dinning room and upstairs. He stopped work on our property October 2020 and it’s now April 2021 and he has yet to complete our project. The debris is still in my yard and my bathroom, master closet and roof work is still not done. He still owes us a screen door for our kitchen and heater for our dining room. He was fully paid and did not complete the work. My husband has text him for months, he replies that he’s coming back to finish the job and never does. We have tried being patient but I will not allow him to steal our money. We will be taking this matter to another level. Please don’t hire this man to change a light bulb in your house. He’s a crook!

Poor service, was hired to do job cement/painting on outside of single house in October 2019 and now December 12, 2019 and job isn't even half done. I have piles of debris still waiting to be removed as was stated in contract, unattached rain gutters, cement on windows, 3 screens with holes in them, broken garage door and many other issues. I had to clean up after this operation each time they were here and have had to call him weekly to see if they are going to do any work! Nice weather days were no show! BAD!!!!!!

He was recommended by a good friend, so I trusted her, this man came to my house gave me a price of the job I gave him a down payment the half of the money he started the job ,it was a one day job, I have not seen the man to complete the job he claims he is too busy when he has time he will complete the job this his excuse, his answering machine is always full I can't leave a message so I'm stuck with a job not completed he have my money ,on he is a now show. I will never recommend him to no one, he is a disgrace to the constitution community.
