WDR Restoration & Construction, LLC (WDR) has been providing residential, multi-family, HOA and light commercial restoration, construction and remodeling services throughout Colorado for over 15 years. We are certified for all types of mitigation, restoration, remodeling and construction and we work with you from beginning to end on your project to either return your home back to normal or create the space of your dreams.
In the event your home or property is involved in a disaster we are here for you. We have a thorough understanding of the insurance claims process as well as the experience and insight of working in occupied multifamily environments. We are experienced in working with insurance companies and work with them as your advocate to return your home or property to pre-loss condition.
We gladly accept claims for all major property insurance companies, including: State Farm, AllState, AMICA, USAA, Farmers, Liberty Mutual, Travelers, Nationwide, Met Life, American Family, Country, ANPAC, Auto Owners, Farmers Union, CHUBB, Homesite, Shelter, SafeCo and many more.
WDR uses Xactimate as our primary insurance and remodel estimating software. This software categorizes trades, details line items, sketches and attaches digital photos to a project file. This utilizes current prices based on your zip code and the current market conditions to determine appropriate prices to complete any job.
