Bathroom tub and shower surround were to be replaced. We were given a final invoice and told the job was done when it was clearly not checked. The plumbing was leaking behind our wall, the shower turned on when only the tub should, the faucet was installed in the incorrect place, caulking was not done, our new shower surround was scratched, and they ruined our trim, used our canning dishes to catch water (did not ask and it was not in the rooms they needed to be in), left our house a disaster. The work was finally finished should have taken less than a week and took over a month. Constantly told different reasons for the issues, all of which were just wrong because the work was done improperly.
