Ruined a new appliance, we purchased a hot tub and when he hooked it up something happened to burn a 4 in a hole in the side. He said it was there before he wired it up. It sat in place for almost 2 months and didn't have a hole in it until the day he wired it up. Not only is his work poor, but he lied to us the customer.
