    Hang a bathroom door, replace a bathroom ceiling fan, correction of some landscaping

    Philip Ward sent Tom Healy to do a few jobs for me. Do not use anyone he sends unless you know they are licensed and insured, you have their name, address, email, web site, a quote prior to work and an invoice before paying! Tom was paid for one job which, after being paid, damage was noted. He was going to repair or replace when he returned for the other work. Problem is Tom is MIA. Took my money, personal property and now has vanished. When I called Philip Ward for help in locating the employee he sent over, he now is refusing to answer my calls. Deceived by both Philip Ward and Tom Healy. My only recommendation is not to use them!

    convert garage in to master bedroom

    horrible experience, long story short not quality work looks like a new DIY did the work. On here it says I paid 17k. I wish we paid that over 60k and work was not completed Ward and his cronies left with out finishing properly and most of his workers came back to my house to ask me for money cause Philip did not pay them.
