Very unprofessional and unreliable contractor. By the end of your job, most of the workers will be fired or quit, and many outstanding bills to contractors and suppliers will go unpaid. As a result, Leaving you with no Certificate of Occupancy, incomplete job, and one hell of a mess. Mark, the owner, likes to move and change company names. Please, find a better builder.

He is the shadiest worker that has ever worked on our house. He lies about when he says he will show up. Many people that have seen his work have been shocked that he left clumps of plaster and insulation without cleaning up his mess. Also, he left majority of the work unfinished. He was also dishonest about when he would obtain permits. He starts jobs and doesn’t finish. We gave him money a year ago to finish and has not. He blames everything on his health or bad workers, but he continues to pocket the money with no problem. I’ve been patient, but a year of pocketing money and doing crappy work is insane…If you can’t do a job just say so! He also said he’d fix mistakes that were pointed out and didn’t. He’s also come into our house many times without asking… sent workers to our house randomly. He is a poor communicator, business professional, and a dishonest person. The worst experience we’ve ever had. Don’t give this man a dime!! He will smile in your face and lie!
