    New Roof
    $14,000

Hired them to do a tear off and new roof - 1 month later leaks everywhere
Would never even think about hiring these jokers ever again - They sub contracted the job out - On top of that damaged the gutters and fascia in the process - Will be taking legal action against this company for damages

    Roofing mainly

I would never recommend Warner Contracting LLC; d/b/a Warner Roofing; d/b/a Warner Roofing and Restoration; It is hard to find who he is & negative reviews hidden with so many names; as he has 3 names; 2 assumed names. He also is good at giving Amazon gift cards & referral money [but not consistently] &/or discounts to gain business; star reviews to gain his notoriety & business, I allege, so do not be fooled. I see shoddy workmanship that speaks volumes, AND THOSE WHO WILL NOT REFER HIM EVER AGAIN! I REGRET IT! Some even say, as I; I wish I had never met him & in my case also, his salesman Todd Sanders. We thought he was going to be a good guy.
I am a victim, as the other post; my home's roof was put off & not installed until Sept 2017 thus late in the season, however; in April 2018 snow melted and leakage started. When I called Bo and Nate came soon after, however; they did not fix it they just patched it with a piece of "metal," over the flashing; "it had a hole." As I challenged both the quality, concerned that it was not new; they both looked at me and said, "Yes, it is new, those things happen."
I thanked them for the repair, but they did not read my mind, but I kept my comments in tack. I then approached the owner over my concerns, he REALLY put me off. Scott Warner said, "THAT IS HOW IT IS DONE!" Two times after expressing my concerns, saying the same. Basically, to shut me up, as I had already sent pictures and texts on the matter, plus I had previously resigned to wait any more time for the gutters/guards; I was forced o get my own person;due to the heavy rains.
After having a worker who didn't show or call into 1.5 hrs later; 'due to alcohol intake the night before;' confirmed by Nate; as I was ready at 8 AM, so to finish the 3/4" qtr. round/with the correct nails/paint and caulking causing another day of lost work for me; a professional associated with Warner came at 4 PM; Jimmy;at my insistence as I knew it would be great & did the work correctly. He had to hear that this skylight was NOT TO BE TOUCHED, they ripped it out by mistake. Later I learned they charged me for me; more reasons not to make "final payment."
I wanted to get my roof inspected [that is when I learned there was no permit pulled] I was more than alarmed. Warner threaten a lien. This is on the "heals," of several cancelled days after months of waiting; and not getting the gutters put on in the Fall. His stated in writing publicly, I refused to have them put them on in the Fall. Who said that???? It was the wait on the guards for the gutters that was the delay. had he implied I was furious w/ Todd, that would've been true. Now someone who has a forest of trees behind them = me, wanted gutter guards put back on, but was told mine could not be reused by Sanders who was dragging his feet about the answer; put me off to the Spring due to his 2 new project managers & 300 clients I allege; so many excuses = $$$ and not committing to those promises. Read their website! There you go; you cashed my check the next day for $4,000 in June; to be put in queue, but did not follow through or the queue is "whenever," but not through to completion. I say, make them sign the brochure as they ARE to give to everyone they put roof work or other for over $1,000 transaction cost. He didn't give me one: "KNOW YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS!" follow it to the letter. Do not sign a thing without seeing their work maintenance order, force them to walk you through the insurance document after it is sent to you, because they claim to walk you through it and they do not!
Scott Warner philosophy; in my opinion is, if you don't like my work, too bad; and we are not going to make it right either! I will threaten, sue, and humiliated you if you dare cross me. See my Review on Google; "Sarah Redd," and you will see!

I have back wards drip edge/dented fascia/nails through shingles & drip edge/foot traffic all over/gutter apron issues X2/jagged drip edge/& no step flashing around my chimney that is new; definitely not installed correctly or at all, and more!
A you tube tour of my home and others is in the making so you can see what you do not want done to your roof. I am not alone; he has 3 suits in Winnebago County presently.

I contracted them due to roof damage from wind and hail in 2017.The rep came to check the house and the ins co okayed them for new roof. They started in Sept 2017 but did not finish the job until Oct,22, 2017.The roofers they hired did good work I guess ,but now there is a leak in my garage and thru out the house and garage there are nails coming thru the walls and ceiling..The rep stated he allowed them one week to roof the house.took two weeks to roof but took them two months to finish caps, small peaks and cleanup. The scrap laid in my yard and drive for over 15 days before they removed it,after numerous complaints from me. They did not do siding but kept the money the ins. co paid for it.I am NOT a very satisfied customer and will not recommend them to any one. They subcontract the jobs and the teams are not very professional.
