I called this company on the advice of another Realtor, I asked that they call me about a septic inspection on a property in that area. They never called me, so I called again, still no call so I could tell them what I needed. Then I hear they went to the property, did an inspection (not any use to me as they didn't do what I needed done) and then sent me a report that is useless and an invoice. If they had called me back in a timely fashion, we could have come to the conclusion that they could not provide the service I needed and saved everyone time. I would not do business with this company. NO communication until they want paid then they call.
