  Back to Warren Harding, found on on the internet that he has several other business's He is President of a " Domestic Profit Company" based in Orange City FL and he happens to be the President of Prestige Tours & Cruises, Orange City FL.This all according to the internet?
  Had my 88 yo mother not contacted him when i was summering up north, I spend the winters here, i would have never dealt with him too many warning signs? He is a man of many jobs and talents.The internet says he has been in this contracting company since 2008 or when he turned 62.

  Works with no written contract, everything verbal,unknown Insurance? wants the money up front,cause doesn't have proper credit or would pay for it out of Company INC. working funds.Uses sub contractors doesn't do or supervise all the work himself. Then wants payment to pay subcontractors as soon as they walk out the door. And then adds his fee of $35 an hour. All verbal nothing written thinks he is a $35 an hour man at age 67 and has a bad leg he will tell you about. Smooth talker and deals with mostly with the elderly.Sub- Contractors were Local Carpet Company and did good work including moving things.Warren came in and put down vinyl or plastic floor trim with a nail gun for $125 spent less then 3 hours on the whole job,but had $32 in material lverbally and never showed a bill or receipt. His verbal word only. What a way to do business? I would not use him if i had not had my mother contact him and totally unaware he was using sub contractors with no written agreement or proof of insurance and no paperwork, bill, or receipts, from him and his Self Proclaimed Inc Company.( This way you know you can avoid paying any income tax with no paper trail)? His word against yours this is how people scam others and do all of it in Cash .And he is pushy was here in and out 3 times before anyone showed up was here like 10 minutes to measure and pull off old kitchen floor trim.10 minutes. But he thinks he is a $35/hour man.
  Summary: got money in cash up front to order material? then when floor was laid had to have cash to pay sub contractors, minutes later, must not be truted by them or they would bill his company? and then added $125 fee to the verbal bill of $499.99 just a hair under $500 for unknown reasons? So total of verbally at the end of the work not discussed up front at the beginning cause dealing with a 88year old great grandmother, $625 on his word only no documentation. Just slick verbal.
