    2 day project took 15 days. Worst communication form sales staff. Patio started chipping apart within 1 year. Been given the run around around for the last two years. Worst company ever.

    David Bernas came out to measure in October and figured up a quote for our patio addition. After getting multiple quotes we decided to go with Warrenco because David was very responsive and professional. The quote wasn't the cheapest, but I thought the company seemed reliable. They were until we signed the contract on October 27th and they got $3285.55 as a 50% deposit for our job. I have been emailing and calling since, to see when our job will be completed. I finally got someone to answer the phone two weeks ago and they said our job was scheduled for the end of the week last week, which was Thanksgiving week. The lady who answered didn't give many details. No one showed and I haven't been able to make contact since. I have called and emailed the office, sent David text messages, stopped by the address listed online which is Josh Warren's home and sent a message to Josh Warren on FB Messenger with no response. Today, I emailed asking for a refund of the deposit so I will update the status at a later date. I would not recommend giving this company anything until the job is complete. I don't understand how people feel right doing this to others. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and contacted my bank to dispute the deposit debit. My next step is to file a complaint with the Indiana Attorney General.

    I recently hired Warren Co. to do a patio job on my backyard. I gave them a deposit and never heard from them again. They will not answer their phones or emails to refund my deposit which it states in the contract that the deposit is fully refundable. I will update this as I proceed to file a claim with the BBB, Secretary of State and the Attorney Generals office for unethical business practices.

    These guys are as dishonest as the day is long. They did shoddy work, tore up my neighbor’s yard that I explicitly instructed them not to do, and when I called them on their lousy quality, I was being unreasonable. I wish that I could leave photos of the terrible work they did. maybe someday I will have a chance to. No matter what they say about me, the photos do NOT lie. When I did post the photos on social media, they sent out an army of cronies to try and disparage my character, spreading lies, and half-truths. Nobody ever came out to even look at the crappy work in person, not one. First, it was “We have seen the pictures, and we don’t want to put out work like that, we are going to take care of this” Great! they were going to fix it. Then they said they couldn’t fix it, and asked if we would be willing to take it for a lesser amount, we agreed, and the next morning, they said there was nothing wrong with it, and demanded payment in full. These people are so dishonest it's insane. They are terrible business people, and horrible human beings to begin with. stay far far away.
