  Absolutely outstanding experience with Washington Phillips!

  From start to finish, Washington was professional, honest, and deeply committed to quality. The attention to detail in every part of our home is exceptional — from the craftsmanship to the materials used, you can tell he truly takes pride in his work.

  What stood out most was his integrity and genuine care for the final result — he treated our home as if it were his own. Even after completion, he checked in to make sure everything met our expectations. It’s rare to find a builder who combines skill, reliability, and personal dedication the way Washington Phillips does.

  If you’re looking for someone who will deliver beautiful results and a stress-free experience, I highly recommend Washington Phillips and his team. They deserve every bit of this 5-star rating!

  For the past several years we have been searching for a larger home – looking online, going to open houses, etc. One Sunday we noticed an open house and stopped in. From the moment we walked in we fell in love. The home had a well thought out layout, the space we wanted, and just great finishes/colors – lots of wow – so we struck a deal and now we own it.

  Buying the home was the easy part – what was important to us is the builders follow through on any issues, answering our endless questions, and builder responsiveness. On all of these points Washington Phillips was wonderful to work with; in particular their representative Damien. We called Damien many times with questions, suggestions, and recommendations – in every case he was exemplary in his responsiveness and honesty.

  Our family was searching the market for a larger home for our growing family this past summer. We almost gave up until our very last house we found , a remodeled home by Washington Phillips. Damian was able to explain the amount of work and materials used to create a beautiful brand new move in ready home . Top to bottom they redid everything ! We moved our furniture in and were immediately home for good !! We appreciate all the moldings , paint choices, and finishes ! Damian provided his contact and is very responsive for any questions. We are excited and proud of our new home purchase and thankful to Washington Phillips for their attention to detail and for standing behind their work !!

  New build

  My family and I just bought a new build from Washington Phillips. Damian, our main contact from the builders, has been helpful along every step of the way from the first time we saw the house, helping us answer any questions we've had, to after we've moved in. My husband and I were hesitant buying new construction because we've heard a lot of stories about builders cutting corners, etc. but our experience has been far from that. The homes construction was clearly well thought out for a family to live in, as well as finishes that will last many many years to come. The layout is perfect for us, extremely functional, and just beautiful. All of our visitors comment on how peaceful and serene the home is.

  I would highly recommend Damian and Washington Phillips to anyone looking to buy, or build a home in the future.

  New spec home

  recently purchased a newly built spec home from Washington Philips. From the first time I viewed the home through the purchase, and even now that I’ve moved in, Damian has assisted me. As for the home itself, there are many thoughtful touches throughout in addition to quality materials which all contribute to make my home not only comfortable but beautiful.
  Damian has been very responsive in answering my calls and providing resources. When choosing a builder the traits most necessary are trustworthiness and integrity. Damian, as the face of Washington Philips, possesses both!

  New Home

  What can I say about a company (Damien ) who still has old-fashioned thoughts and new technology advances…
  My fiancé and I bought a new home from Washington Phillips, Damien was readily available every step of the way, and still available after total sale was complete… every inch of our home has the mark of excellence on it.. You can tell from the minute you step in that doing it the easy way, which some people call the cheap way out was not even in there vocabulary of Damien and the company…

  We bought our new construction home during the pandemic and while the market was tough, Damien and his team were extremely helpful and professional. They worked with us through every step of the way and were always available to us. The home turned out beautiful and till this day, we still have a great relationship with Damien.   Considering ‘stay at home’ is a real thing now, a well built house is a must. My mother spent most of this Covid mother’s day not raving about my appetizer board, dinner, or decor but about this new build’s molding, tile work and overall beautiful finish. We are so proud of this house and that is because Damien and his team answered any and every question we had, met with us at the site several times, and finished this beauty before my lil beauty pops out in July ! This house will be our family home forever and Washington Phillips gave us that peace of mind. So happy, highly recommend!

  Home purchase

  When we purchased our “completely remodeled” home we already knew that the carpentry was terrible but we purchased the home anyway because of its location. Since we moved in we’ve been plagued with issues costing thousands of dollars- the most egregious being the air conditioning condensation pipe cut, left in the wall and not drained which caused a huge leak and mold. We would have been better off buying the house as is and remodeling ourselves.

  I purchased a home from Washington Phillips in 2014 an could not be any happier! From the initial contract signing to the closing! The home is a wonderful retreat! One of our areas most reputable builders! There track record of homes sold thru out monmouth county speak for themselves!

  Run as fast and far as you can from this Company. They provided inferior workmanship throughout the home, reflected in the painting, hardwood floors and tile work. All were finished at a substandard level. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.
