I booked a pool liner replacement with Joe McDonald of Water Craft Pools and Spas in February 2019 with the understanding that if I had to cancel and did so before ordering the liner I would receive . full refund. I had to cancel March 2019 due to medical reasons. After some debate with Joe he agreed to send full in 30 days. When I did not receive my refund I got the BBB the involved. Joe advised them he would send me $1k June 30, $1k the end of July and keep $450 admin fee for my free estimate. It is now 7/11 and I have yet to see one cent of my refund. I am currently unemployed and disabled. It appears I will be forced to file in small claims court for a $100 filing fee.

had my liner replaced with a new coping in july 2019 FOR 10,997.00 he said trust me i got your back what a nightmare he was a complete problem from beginning to end from broken promises to no shows no calls no call backs two months after complete I discovered two leaks in the liner called and called after no show and no show I finally reported them to home advisor they referred us fair claims arbitration which he was not quite truthful, I did win a judgement of 3500.00 which I yet to see a penny.He said he had never planned on going back to my house to check out my leak but just made the appointments to get rid of me. So much for his warranty. Check his references out good and u see for yourself don't get stuck like i did although i not done yet will be contacting the bbb and the licencing board and be chasing him in small claims as i have been issued a judgement so customers beware Ralph k. wILMINGTON
