The Water Heater Man completely ripped me off. I paid $225 for a maintenance cleaning that took less than 30 minutes and they were unable to complete their work. However, I was assured that everything would be in working order. It was not. Once I realized their mistake, I phoned them immediately, only to get attitude and denials on their end of how they did not shut my water off to do the cleaning and other nonsense that turned out not to be true. I know this because since they left my house without any water flowing from my pipes when I turn on any hot water faucet in my home, I had to call and beg my water heater manufacturer to walk me through the process of turning the water back on. They confirmed my suspicions, that the water was turned off by The Water Heater Man after all. I certainly didn’t do it! I didn’t even know how to turn it on again. And now a new problem exists. My water flows when I turn the hot water faucet on but the temperature is too scalding hot and burns you. I then called them up to try and have them fix the newest problem they stuck me with and the rude individuals that run this business tried to blame me as a defense mechanism to attempt to skirt ant responsibility for this fiasco and apparently the $225 they charge (for less than 30 minutes worth of work mind you) wasnt enough money to complete their job of adjusting my manometer (the last step in the process). They then told me they wouldnt come back to put my water at a normal temperature or finish the job unless I paid them an additional service call fee. Trust me, you dont need the hassle of dealing with these scammers. Ive never spent so much money to be treated so badly in my life. Pick anyone else but them. Just wanted to look out for my fellow neighbors. Good luck!
