A water heater, one of those things you forget you need until it breaks down. I need to find a replacement and fast since I had family visiting from out of town in less than 24 hours! Usually, I would have my boyfriend call because he’ll know exactly what we need. Since, he was at work I had to do the search and the calling myself. I called numerous other companies and they quoted me some insane prices. One even told me, I was in danger of my water heater blowing up (not true). Called The Water Heater Water House, spoke with Chris any questions I had he answered. He gave me a quote that I couldn’t believe and I would be able to get the job done the same day. Booked the appointment and within 2 hours their they showed up. It was to see tney babe logos on their truck not wondering if that’s them or some random person in my driveway. The job was done in under 2 hours and done up to code. Finally, hot water again! Everything was so easy with this company that I would recommend them to anyone who needs a water heater too! Oh, and they take Amex and major credit cards something other companies didn’t do.

Wow, I am still in shock at how easy it was to work with Chris and the Water Heater Warehouse. My water heater went out on Sunday evening, I called the Water Heater Warehouse at 6:30am and Chris answered. From the start I knew I was dealing with a true professional. I was able to obtain a quote in less then 5 minutes. I was truly pleased with my quote as it was way cheaper than other companies out there, so I made an appointment right away. Chris schedule me between 12:00pm-2:00pm. Steve (the installer) showed up at my front door in a timely manner and quickly started getting to work. Installation took roughly about 1 hour (maybe a little less). Soon after Steve loaded my old water heater onto his truck, I had hot water in minutes. I am truly impressed by this company and I will be recommending them to my family and friends! Thanks Chris & team.
