We had our Sunnyvale fourplex repiped by Water Quality, replacing our old iron pipes with copper. We chose a time when one of the units was vacant. Water Quality rapidly replaced the pipes with minimal disruption to the remaining tenants for such a major project. Water was only off for a few hours. They closed the walls that had to be opened and restored the texturing leaving no visible sign of the work that had been done. We had one leak, and they repaired it promptly.
