    It was the worst experience I have ever had in my life. Please do not work with this company. You will regret it I promise you he will not be honest with you. He will not get the work done timely. The work will be poor quality. Your property and materials will be destroyed. You will lose money majorly with this company.

    I am on month 15 and my two bedroom condo project is still not complete. The job was started in December 2022. The estimated job completion was March 31, 2023. Carlos who is the principal verbally promised my job would be completed March 31, 2023.. I understand things can happen but when you put no effort into getting things done and you don’t care about your clients this is what you get . We are now in February 2024.

    Workers would show up sometimes three days out of an entire month. Carlos would request money and when given to him, he would work a little bit and then he would disappear obviously using the money on another job and then you sit and wait until he gets more money to work again.

    I have paid this contractor $148,000 between the job and change orders. My job is still not complete after paying so much money and waiting so long and losing so much money. I demanded him to complete my plumbing before I would pay him any further, I only owe him 26,000 remainder and I just wanted my plumbing completed since there’s been so many lies and delays. He would not complete it and he abandon the job. I was very worried they were major issues with my plumbing and there were. the plumbing company is mad now because he never paid them he owes them 5500+900 to close the permits. In addition he owes Electrician 3000+1300 to close the permits , I had paid him advance on other items he hadn’t even finished or halfway started so all I requested was that he make sure the plumbing was working before I paid him any further money but he abandon the jobsite. I am now having to complete the job on my own, which is a good thing probably in the long run because he would’ve never completed it.

    His crew damaged so many of my items one of his workers dropped my $5000 dolly matte MTI tub and cracked it. When picking up the ram board off the floors my 60 x 40” porcelain tiles have numerous cracks in it from his workers. If you could see the painting and the finishes which I will add photos, they are horrible. His workers urinated in my laundry room. My job site is so filthy and disgusting. I’ve actually got very ill the last few weeks just by visiting it every day from the dust and the filth and the dirt. He has no respect for me nor my job site. He is a disgrace.

    You have to beg him to do things over and over again he damaged wallpaper one of his workers nail directly into it where you could see in my $3000 wallpaper that I paid for he ruined. $3000 wallpaper $1000 installation all down the drain his workers or worse than someone you would pick up next to Home Depot and pay them a $50 daily rate.

    The big part is I lost over $120,000 between having Airbnb finding a place to live since he took 15 months for my job to be done and also to pay storage fees for all of my kitchen cabinets & vanities that have been ready for a long time waiting on him to get the job done.

    He does not care about his clients. I don’t know how this man sleeps, but he just does not care. I was going through a particularly hard time in my life during this construction with a very severe illness, and for him to do this to me, he is the most disrespectful, unethical business man I’ve ever dealt with. He has no cares in the world about your property your belongings or his work. He procrastinate and he does not get things done, and he was very dishonest to me.

    Do not work with this man… run!! if I can help anyone not go through such a horrible situation or lose money, At least something good can come out of this and help others.

    Trust me, he will leave you standing he will not show up, he will not get the work done. Your work will be fully unsupervised. He did not have a supervisor. The entire time of my job people would just show up throw things on the ground of food on the ground urinate in the corner. I live in a very high end building in Miami, Florida in Brickell Key, and this is the type of workmanship I received it is a disgrace. . Now I’m gonna have to finish the remainder of my job and pay for office vendors and the work that’s remaining with all the damages he done I cannot get it done for the $26,000 that he’s owed I paid him $148,000 so far including change orders and only $26,000 is owed and this man after everything I had paid him he would not even make sure my plumbing was finished. I was ready to give him another payment, but all I wanted to do was make sure my plumbing was finished, he abandon the job he cannot complete one item
