Beyond disappointed. We referred by a friend and were excited to get our generator. Our first power outage in May, the generator didn't turn on and Mario came out and said the unit needed a new voltage regulator and he has to order it? its less than a year old and should be under warranty. He hasn't returned any of my texts or calls since.
