We do not recommend any home built by this builder. We have had 27 warranty claims in our 1.5 years in this new home. The last was a leaking shower determined to be a result of a damaged shower pan by a licensed professional, but determined by the “experienced” builder to be the result of a leak in the caulking and a maintenance issue. We are not wealthy individuals and to have so many issues in a brand new home is both emotionally and financially upsetting..
