Beware: Michael Anderson is charming, persuasive and untrustworthy. We had a great initial experience with planning & design ideas, followed by terrible execution. Our major home remodel took moire than twice as long as promised and the final cost was over twice the initial estimate. Many deadlines were missed, many promises were broken. After the project was finally done, we were contacted in person, by phone, and through registered mail (!!) by 3 subcontractors that Waterstone had not paid for their work. We learned many subs will no longer work with Waterstone. Caveat emptor.
