These folks were assigned via home warranty company. I have never seen such unprofessional service ALL round. Lady on the phone was rude, the service tech was totally ignoring. Just flipped the breaker switch and said the pump is fine. I know it was not and he never check the entire system including the sweep motor. Stay away from this company. I can't believe they are still operating, and AHS is having them as a contractor!!!
I asked for a recall and they never came sighting it was not covered. Checked my contract and it was covered. Bunch of cheats. -

The tech was signed to us through our Home Warranty Company. The tech was unprofessional, didn’t want to be there, not motivated, and flat out rude. Our pump was so loud and I have been told by neighbors who have pools it is definitely the bearings that are gone in the pump. The tech told me it wasn’t loud enough, was still working and therefore was going to tell them it didn’t need replaced. Every question I asked, he talked down and was disrespectful. I would HIGHLY ADVISE TO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY OR ALLOW YOUR WARRANTY COMPANY TO SEND THEM out.
I will make a complaint to AG and BBb as well amd hope everyone that has issues with this pathetic company does the same. They shouldn’t be in business. -

Through my home warranty I have dealt with watertight several times. They have always been very professional on the phone and repairing our pool equipment. They are a no contact company and will service the equipment without you even being home. I would recommend them to anyone.

The technician showed up at my front door, at 3:30p with no mask, no identification or uniform, whatsoever, nor identifying himself as a technician from Watertight Pool & Spa contracted through AHS. He simply stated he was here to look at the pool. The repair that was made lasted less than 24 hours. It is now going to take 5 days to get them back here to replace the capacitor.
It was obviously the wrong one for the pump we have, despite providing all the pump info (pics of labels, clear and legible). Tech was young, polite and explained he didn't have to replace the pool pump, just a capacitor. Asked for a receipt and was told they don't have any. Everything is handled online but he did mention the company has a 30day call back policy should a problem arise after their visit. 90°+ now and can't circulate the water in my pool because a $7. part failed or the wrong one was installed. Not happy with this situation, but at the mercy of the home warranty company that contracted them to come out. -

I have had to use them twice now with my home warranty company and their service is horrible!!!!! No real way to communicate and they NEVER do anything on time. I will never renew my home warranty unless they have a different company in the future.

Watertight pools and spa was contracted and sent out by our home warranty company. It took this company 14 days to replace a control on my spa. Communication is absolutely horrible with this company. They would send me emails stating they would be at my home to make a repair and at the end of the business day I would receive an email stating they didn't have time to make it out. They rescheduled my appointments several times giving me absolutely no notice. When I informed them that I was a part of Angie's list their scheduled opened up and the repair man came out within one hour.(go figure)
When he informed me he was done with the repair, I noticed the control box was not secure to the spa. I literally picked it up and it had exposed wires, and I could see inside the spa. When I asked why it wasn't secure like the previous one was, he simply stated "oh the wires can get wet, it's not a big deal" I told him that it didn't look safe and I requested that it be secured, he got out a tube of silicone and did a horrible job in securing it.
I will have to get someone else out to fix this shotty job done by this company.
I am all for helping small businesses out and giving them my hard earned money, but I cringe when I am provided with horrible service and a job that is messy and unsafe.

I am still in shock with a recent recall visit from WPS. Their technician was rude, unprofessional and completely lost his mind when asked a few questions about the repair that he did the previous week. He stood up and said this has been his day job for 8 years and what did I do for a living. He then proceeded to calling me names. He looked mentally unbalanced and possibly under the influence of something. I told him to get off the property and he yelled and continued the insults all the way to his truck. I guess he felt like some kind of tough guy talking to a 67 year old man that way. He also made a threatening comment on his way out. I filed a police report on him and WPS. Please do not under any circumstances use this company.
