    Terrible experience. Plumber was technically skilled but proved to be a head case. He created a bad situation with a neighbor and our building super by refusing to take the super's advice about our buildings construction. It caused a cumulative delay of nearly 2 months and cost us THOUSANDS of dollars over our estimated budget. He thought he should be payed up charges for his "lost time" and then gouged us with add on fees for materials and installation that were supposed to be included in our contract. We did not part friends. Globe will not be allowed back in our building.
