Very unpredictable. Started with good experiences and prices. Now they seem disinterested, the work is not satisfactory, and the prices have gone up. Their invoice is not itemized - just everything lumped into one charge. This last time, the assistant (who did the work) was loudly defensive when we lodged a complaint. Got no satisfaction, so we won’t be using them anymore.

I called Sears home warranty corporate and stated that I couldn't get any service from Dispatch home and they recommended Wave. I called Wave and spoke with Vince Taylor who responded promptly and fixed the leak. Very pleasant and professional

I never recieved a call from Wave plumbing after I made a claim. A week and a half later, I had to call them to make the appointment. They came three days later. Wave Plumbing created damage to my home because he allowed water to leak from the upstairs toilet through the floor and into the down stairs while he left the house for 45 minutes to go and buy a part. We have more sheetrock damage, water damage to our home than before he started the work. He left every surface he touched dirty and sticky. He also broke the shower door that is next to the toilet and did not bother to fix it or let us know it was damaged. One toilet he worked on is worse than he started. It is constantly running and that should not be as he replaced the part that could cause that. He left toilet water saturated towels on the floor. He also wanted to charge us a $4 fee above our copay in order to pay with a credit/debit card. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I only use Vince at Wave Plumbing. He has done six projects for me and I have hired him to do a few things for my mother, and now she uses him too. He is professional, prompt, competitive, and does a great job. I recommend him.
