I would not use this contractor. They were hired to remove snow from a complex A contract was signed and they then dissappeared. THey immediately subbed out the work which was never the intent. THey did not properly instruct the subcontractor. WHen an attempt was made to reach out to Waverly they did not return 1 call or email. THey are absolutely deceitful and have no interest in long term relationships. I strongly encourage avoiding this company.
