  Home renovation

  I usually don't take the time to write reviews but I was so impressed with this contractor that I feel I should let others know how wonderful Waxtel Llc is.
  I have a lovely brownstone in Brooklyn, but it desperately needed work.Dave and his son Andy knew exactly what I wanted. They renovated my very dated kitchen and 2 bathrooms, in addition I wanted all the original detailing restored, staircase, railings, crown molding , pocket doors, chair rails, floors, etc. Every room was in need of painting as well.
  Dave took me shopping to pick out everything from paint colors to cabinet hardware.
  He made me feel like I was his most important customer.
  I received quotes from other contractors, some were lower and some higher, but I didn't feel comfortable with them, some I felt weren't trustworthy and some seemed rushed or were trying to force their ideas on me. Dave took the time to listen to me, give me suggestions, and answer all my questions. Throughout the project Dave and Andy were either on site or just a call away.
  I must mention the men that did the work were a pleasure. They were on time everyday, and very professional, at the end of every day they left my home tidy.
  Waxtel Llc is my go to contractor from now on. I recommend them to anyone searching for a reliable and detail oriented contractor.
