    Wayne Burton was recommended to us by buildzoom. We were ready to completely remodel three bathrooms. Wayne was the only contractor that was truly interested and ready for the challenge. He did for us excellent job. Our traditional bathrooms were embraced in very slic, modern, very functional rooms. Wayne become family friend that we could totally rely on with other projects around the house. We still have more projects and definitely will work with Wayne again.     We were contracted by Wayne Burton to apply stucco to a garage as well as a room addition on a residence in Modesto. He is an excellent contractor. He had his work ready for us and made sure we had everything we needed in order to take care of his client. We love working with/for this gentleman.

    I found Wayne through build zoom.
    We had a water damaged house that needed new flooring, some dry wall and heater venting replaced.
    Since this was a vacation home out of the area and I was not there, Wayne made sure to keep in communication and emailed me photos throughout the construction.
    We agreed upon a schedule and he kept to it.
    He paid close attention to the detail, the trim and flooring looked great.
    There were some difficult flooring cuts to be made around a river rock fire place and he did a great job.
    His work was excellent and I highly recommend him.

    Wayne Burton has remodeled most of our house. The first job was big: adding about 500 sf of new construction for an upscale kitchen and remodeling an existing adjacent area for a dining room and office. These areas were built from the new foundation up and Wayne demonstrated that he could handle *all* aspects of home construction, including working with subcontractors for specialized work. The quality of the work was great and has stood up very well.

    Wayne also remodeled our master bedroom and master bathroom, a job that stripped both rooms to the studs and included new windows and doors, lighting, hardwood floors, cabinets, modified walls, and a custom walk-in tile shower. The shower design presented challenges, but Wayne worked through them to create an elegant bathroom. When we ran into a problem with an exterior French door (a design flaw), Wayne worked with the supplier to resolve the problem.

    Wayne has installed crown moulding throughout the house, replaced all the existing doors, and added two new sliding doors. His attention to detail is great and he ensures that everything works as it should.

    Not only do we value Wayne's work, but we also value his professionalism, honesty, and integrity. He has always delivered a great product at a fair price. He has spent many a day in our home working alone with no concern on our part. He is easy to work with and very accommodating. We will continue to work with Wayne and recommend that you do so as well.

    We have had Wayne do upgrades on our house and rental properties for three years now. The professionalism and quality of work is always top shelf. We had some bad experiences before and really were cautious as we looked for a new contractor. Wayne will always be the one we call for any construction projects.     Wayne Construction did major repairs on my outriggers of my home. He was very professional and gave me a itemized list of the repairs to be done. The job was completed within the time frame given and the workmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend this company to do any future repairs.

    Wayne of Wayne 2 Construction has done many jobs for me in the past 5 years. He has painted the outside and inside of my home, remodeled my bathroom and hallway and gutted one of my bedrooms converting it from cracked plaster to sheet rock, raising the ceiling by 2 feet. He also built me a spacious walk in closet that i love. Wayne refinished several pieces of antique furniture that turned out beautifully. He did all this for a reasonable price while working around my busy schedule. I recommend Wayne 2 Construction to anyone needing work done in their home.

    Wayne Burton has done several projects for my husband and I and we have nothing but praise for his work. He is professional, punctual and a true craftsman. He designed and installed a custom tiled shower for us, painted the exterior of our home and most recently installed new laminate flooring and custom baseboards throughout our house.
