This is is one of the most dishonest people you will ever meet, along with being a jerk. Just go to Iowa Courts Online at: https://www.iowacourts.state.ia.us/ESAWebApp//SelectFrame and then on the right side of the page, click the link "Case Search" under the words "Trial Court," and then under the "Name Search" area at the top of the page, enter "Flatt" for last name, "Wayne" for first name, and then "E" for Middle initial. You will be amazed at all the lawsuits this guy has generated. He is the defendant in every lawsuit filed and has either lost every case or has lost the case and agreed to make payment to dismiss it (or has settled and agreed to make payment to dismiss the case). He doesn't pay his income taxes and cheats on his taxes (note all the cases with the IRS and Iowa Department of Revenue). Find someone--anyone--to hire other than this guy!
