Wayne did put in a new furnace and air for me and I/rather the tenants are very happy. I have not met him personally,.but he came highly recommended from my management person who looks after my house in LA and I was pleased with his honesty and his prices seemed fair. I did not get other quotes,but his prices seemed okay and more importantly, I trusted this man.

âI had Wayne put in a new air and heating furnace and it was in my LA house which had an old floor furnace. This house is old, like built in 1950 and had a huge remodel in 1970's so some of the work took some harder work to get into underneath the house. I also had to have some hardwood floors put in where the old floor furnace was. I did have a good man who did a good job making the new hardwood floor look like the other original hardwood floor surrounding where the floor furnace was. This guy was good.
