Wayne is only a helper. He thinks he knows more than he he really does. He charges full price though. He is legally no suppose to be doing any work by himaelf because he is only a helper. He boasts to many people how well he ripsthem off. Anyone finding him doing electrical work should immediately report him to the local code enforcement officer and the IRS
