Wayne is knowledgeable but does not control the job and bills for adds that are not agreed upon. It has been two months so far trying to get warranty work done and to get email responses with no luck yet.
The items of poor workmanship are not a concern of Wayne's by his own admission. E.g. all three showers were not usable due to cracked caulking, I was told to put a piece of tape over the hole where the vent-a-hood exhausts because it is also hitting the bottom of the cabinet and with the tape I wouldn't notice that it isn't exhausting outside. His company tore up my driveway and then charged me to replace it. He billed me for items at the end of the job that we didn't agree on and there was no correspondence to let us know there were charged that we didn't agree upon. The list goes on. I finally said that I would fix some of the warranty items so that there would be some kind of progress.
