Wayne and his employee were very professional, very detail oriented. His cost was fair and work exceeded my expectations. They cleaned up nicely after the job. Beautiful job on my kitchen and master bed room!! I will definitely hire Wayne Myers again!!

We had new white oak flooring installed by Wayne and a young assistant.
I reached out to Wayne stating there were hairs and dirt under the polyurethane all over the job.
It looked like 3 coats were not used. The proposal stated sanding between coats.
He assured me 3 coats were used. I don't see how that is possible.
We had lots of extra wood however when I sent him pics of "checked" wood he said that was a flaw in the wood, not his fault. Why would the defective wood be used when there was so much wood to select from? Socks get caught in the defective sections. Very disappointed!
