Less than 2 weeks after complete roof replacement by IM6 roofing, the new roof was leaking down into the wall by fireplace. Leak was immediately reported, patch job was done, and attributed to an "oversight." Leak from same area persisted 7 months later. Male owner was contacted, eventually came out to inspect, and attributed the leak to rain falling into the fireplace opening atop the roof. Took some arm twisting by customer before male owner did a patch job only for leak to continue months later which was again reported via courteous text. After waiting several days for simple acknowledgement of text, a second courteous text was sent. Male owner clearly was bothered by second text with curt, reply that customer had no idea how busy they were and he would get it when he could. 9 months later customer sent text reminder coupled with pics that not only had leak still not been repaired but another leak had developed in a bedroom. Despite owner giving word via text he would get to small repair, repairs WERE NEVER MADE TWO YEARS INTO FIVE YEAR ROOF WARRANTY IN ADDITION TO NO REPAIRS TO INTERIOR WATER DAMAGE TO TWO ROOMS. Customer ended up having to pay for a different roofer to address leaks and interior damage.
IM6 remodels is not reputable when it comes to their workmanship nor honoring their warranty. Definitely would not recommend them.
