    I am a landlord with several buildings in Philadelphia. Mr. Buchanan has been my go-to contractor for the past 3 years. He has done many jobs for me such as shoring up the main floor of a building, installing a free floating banister and railings, laying a new floor, installing doors and windows. He is honest, reliable, thorough, thoughtful and very easy to work with. Always on time and a gentleman.
