    Excellent Contractor!

    This wonderful builder put an addition on our home. He began in July and finished in December, 2015. The addition was 40 x 26 and included a full basement, first and second floors.

    From the get-go, we were pleased with Bill and his way of doing things! He always did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. He's personable, reasonable, honest, reliable, and trustworthy. He did an excellent job working with the county. His subcontractors are terrific, with the possible exception of the company he used to finish the sheetrock. The walls needed a lot of repair, which Bill took care of himself. He made everything right, stayed on top of his sub-contractors needs...and through the whole process, remained pleasant, fair, and available. I don't remember ever having to leave a message on his phone. He answered my calls all of the time. He had great ideas all along the way. He was creative and clever through the whole process. We will definitely use this contractor again!
