Recieved a very disturbing and disrespectful email from the company about payment.
It has taken so long to get paid for such a small job. The law does not require a W-9 form for payments of $600.00 and less.
It took one month since the billing date of our invoice to find out they want a W-9 form? Why when we proposed the job we
were not informed that you needed a W-9 form. We gave a lower price for the work given so that we could avoid paper trail hangups.
They are interested in a W-9 form but failed to request insurance certificates. This makes no business sense at all. Here one month later
we are still waiting for a small payment that should of been made upon the completion of the work in a timely manner.
If Nationwide would of sent us the check directly chances are no W-9 form would of been requested but now your sister company is involved.
Herein is your W-9 form, lets see if it takes another month to get paid.
