WCB Ventures prides itself in the beautiful custom homes we have built and the relationships we have developed over the last 20 years. We are able to enjoy the creativity that evolves from creating a beautiful home from the ground up and the relationships that develop between ourselves and the homeowner long before we turn over the keys to their dream home.

Since 2006 we have been part of Denver’s upward growth and contributed to the preservation of many of the landmark restoration projects for The Historical Society and Landmark Society. Our diversity and skillset has given us the opportunity to be a part of our community as we have been contracted to join in the construction of integral government buildings, such as libraries, fire stations and historical landmarks.

    These are genuinely good people. They do fantastic work. Are competitively priced and gave me the sense from the 1st interaction to the payment of the bill that they cared about me and our project. I will use Garrin and CO again. Truth be told - the secret sauce to these folks is Javier and his craftsmanship.

    We are an HOA that WCB did a couple of Pool Shade structures for us. Could not be happier.
