    After I let Frank know that we were waiting for the permit to be approved to move forward. He informed me that if I paid his labor fee, even with the delay of the city approving the permit, that he would take down my fence and install the cement and poles until the permit was approved to start building. After paying his labor fee of $1,171 through Cash app (per his request) to his wife Tiffany Curlin on Oct 25th the entire experience went downhill. Franklin removed a large portion of the fence, it's two weeks later and portions of the fence are still standing along with poles which he told us that he would return the next day (Oct 29th) to complete. I called, left messages and left texts and received no responses. There was no contact from him for over a week and out of the blue he asks about the permit and materials. No apologies for the lack of communications or for the unfinished portion of what he said he would do. With this type of unprofessional conduct, I could not trust that the work of We Do It All can be of quality, therefore we are pursuing other options. Approach working with Franklin and We Do It All with extreme caution!

    Your husband told me to hold off until Nov 8th until the permit arrives building a fence requires the permit. We removed your fence and came back Nov. 8 at 8:30 am and you did not answer the door. Your post and concrete are purchased but we must pick up all items including fence pickets. I have called & text you all morning
