He did terrible work that was instantly recognizable. When approached about the horrible job he did, he told me it was some of his best work and he stood by it. My floors are worse than they were before he touched them. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Two years ago we had Zack install new carpet in living room and dining room. We have so many waves and carpet pulling away from the wall. Now I’m spending thousands to replace his work. I think he was doing two jobs at the same time because he would start then leave for a few hours and come back. I would never recommend him for any job.

Lies. Showed up late to the job (typical excuses of needing to have a doc appt). Took 50% deposit, did a shotty job, and wont answer calls or return texts. Ridiculous. Cross posted on yelp for pictures.

We hired Zach Weaber to refinish our floors. The job was fine until he had to install quarter rounds as per the contract. He said he'd return June 1, 2021 to install them but asked to be paid in full in the before that date. We stupidly trusted him. He has our money and a gallon of our paint and will not take our calls. Completely untrustworthy behavior. Hire someone else.

Zack gave us a quote to coat our wood floors with a product that would prevent scratching from normal everyday use. He stated that he had a product that would protect the floors. I unfortunately thought he knew what he was talking about as it was his business. He even stated he would not want to be the one that had to remove the product as it was that tough. After a 24 hour waiting period that he instructed us to wait, the 2 coats of his product were pretty much worthless. After $1000.00 dollars and many unanswered calls to Zack the floors are scratching and the coating is even peeling off. We are very careful with the floors and most times we do not wear shoes in the house, but they continue to scratch.
I am very disappointed in the work and his lack of business ethics and customer service. I would NOT recommend his services to anyone.

I was referred to Zach Weaber by a close friend after he did a beautiful job on her hardwood floors in a few rooms. He was the lowest price, which normally I would avoid like the plague, however the other reviews I read about his company were stellar so I went against my better judgement. Zach completed a refinish of existing (ten year old) floors and installed new flooring in a bedroom. It was a large job (about 3,000 sf) and projected to take two weeks. It took five. Over four were spent sanding. Although we did not occupy the home at the time, on the days we were there the crew (usually 2 people, not the promised 4-5) was rarely there before 9:30 and did not stay past 4. However, we really had no issue with how long the project took, provided the end product was as promised (he used the word "perfectionist" many times). One day was spent applying stain, and one day for all three coats of polyurethane. The sanding was not done evenly, resulting in different shading throughout the house. Around the edges of the rooms is particularly bad. Where new flooring was installed, there is now a gap between two of the boards; of course this is in the center of the room. Also a shoe print and multiple rings where the stain can was set down. One particularly egregious area (looked like swirls of stain) was fixed after repeated asks. The day before the finish, Zach asked us to meet him to pay the remaining 50% contract price, which we would not do before the work was finished. He stated that his guys had not been paid for the prior week so he was really trying to finish up, and it is clear that the stain and poly application was rushed. Zach pleaded with us to pay since he was finished, and all of the issues we had he swore would be fixed after the stain cured in 30 days. Also reassured us that we have a one year warranty and he wouldn't hesitate to come back if any issues did not cure themselves. Well, what do you know, after four messages and no return phone call, it seems we're left to fix this ourselves or pursue legal action per our contract. We are SO disappointed and wish we had went with the other (much more expensive) contractor. I've never left anyone such a negative review and never would if the facts weren't able to be documented. Zach may do an okay job, if the project is small, and you are home to supervise. I just wanted to put this out there to hopefully save someone else from such an expensive mistake.

We wanted to remove refurbish the hardwood flooring in out bedrooms and install a matching floor in the hallway. Weaber Flooring responded immediately to our search. Zach came to the house and provided consultation, increasing our knowledge about the nuances of the project, and offered a very reasonable estimate. His enthusiasm and willingness to customize to meet our needs "sold" him to us. We are so happy with his work that we are asking him back to refinish our living room. The quality of his work is exceeded only by his customer service. We recommend him highly.

We used Weaber Flooring several years ago to refinish the hardwood in our dining room, living room, hallway and stairs. Zach got that job done in reasonable time and was very professional. Those floors have been holding up beautifully, and we love the lighter, natural color of our oak floors with the older stain removed. This year, March, 2024, we asked him to come back to refinish 3 of our bedrooms. These floors had more wear and tear from when our kids were growing up, so I wondered if he would be able to make them look as nice as the other floors. They turned out beautifully! Our hardwood flooring really makes our home look nice!
