I bought a new furnace from Weathermizer Inc. After 1 season of use, it stopped producing heat air. Ken Mizer, who is an owner as well as installer, sent people over. They said it’s ok for warm air to come out. But it was cold air. I constantly got sick. Ken said it’s a leak in somewhere. He changed small piece of line outside and charged me about $800. It still did not work. I called him but he refused to come, saying he lives too far. I asked him “So, when you installed the furnace and I paid you cash as you requested you did not live far, but now it’s far. Now he does not answer my phone calls. He blocked my phone on his cell ad company phones. My electric bills for last few months are $400-$500 per month. Stay away from Weathermizer Inc. The man is a scammer-don’t trust him.

Weathermizer installed HVAC with previous owner. The ten year warranty from previous owner was transferred to me for five years. I called Weathermizer to fix my A/C and they came out, replaced switches and compressors( burned out twice.) They could not find the problem so they left and never again answered my phone calls again. Weathermizer left me with a non-warranted compressor which my Insurance company would not cover and they said they would no longer cover anything on my HVAC due to the unwarranted part that was installed. Ugh! I called police and they said Weathermizer told them they blocked my calls but agreed to give me a new compressor for free but would not install it. I waited a month and nothing. I saw Weathermizer in my neighborhood so I asked him about the replacement part and he acted like he did not know what I was talking about. I said "see you in small claims court" and he swore some filthy words at me. I walked away. Waiting for Covid-19 to pass and I will see them in court.
