Poor communication. Poor quality. Poor execution. Great liars and con artists. This company along with Focus Homes took advantage of us. We have lived in our custom build for more than 2 years and we still have unresolved cosmetic, electric, and plumbing issues. I know an unlicensed person (at the time) performed electrical work on our home because I watched him (the contractor) do it. We have paid out of pocket for our own repairs and now William Webb is holding our money hostage for a job he did not complete nor has the integrity to finish. He and his partner (Focus Homes) are very good at lying, making up excuses, and refusing to solve problems they created.
