I have had Webb Pools as my pool maintenance guy for years. Question a couple of "procedures" and he FIRES you! Yes, on my August statement he writes he is stopping service immediately due to disagreements! Questioning being billed or a service not done, disagreement? Choosing not to purchase tablets from him (an option he gave) disagreement? I have never heard of such a thing...Highly recommended...NO

I have done business with Mike Webb, owner of Webb Pools, for almost 2 years. There are way too many things to write about in this forum, but I can summarize t things by saying he is completely unreliable. When he shows up, he does a good job. But he doesn't work fast, and he always has to leave the job to go buy/retrieve something, which takes away from how much he could get done in the day. Unfortunately, he does not carry though with what he tells his customer he will do. And, when I called to ask when he is going to get back over to complete the task, I had a very difficult time getting in touch with him. Right now I am trying to reach him to fix a problem with broken grout on the top of the dam, dividing the Jacuzzi from the pool, but he is lost in space. I truly wish I had fired his ass when he first displayed these traits, right after I hired him. My recommendation, DON'T HIRE THIS GUY!!!!!
