    We also had reams of trouble with him. After so many delays we lost count, we had to wait another 2 years for the build to ever be completed. There were numerous reworks involved, some of which ended up paid for ourselves. He uses incompetent subcontractors. The lower price was NOT worth the endless delays and hassles. Save yourself a lot of trouble.

    He have us a terrible time getting warranty rework done. More importantly 3 of his subcontractors started lien proceedings in claims court about not getting paid for their work for him on our new home. We had to pay them ourselves, which was over $13,000. Not recommended. The driveway recently cracked and it looks like that may need reworking as well.

    Did poor job on our home build. Bricks were cracked off and all looked terrible. He would not fix it. We had to hire a subcntractor to redo some areas. I meant to click this review at no stars- he doesn't deserve any credit for this kind of work.

    Webco builders, owner Tommy Webb in Atlanta(buisness address is out of his personal home) like so many builders may have his "contractors" license however DO NOT ADVANCE ANY MONEY TO HIM and BE WARNED IF YOU CONSIDER PURCHASING ANY OF HIS HOMES as the work may never get done and the work is inferior. HE IS IN EXTREME FINANCIAL DISTRESS and has allowed many properties to be taken back by the bank. His home warranty will ONLY be done if you are lucky and he uses the cheapest labor for his homes(which are expensive sales priced homes, usually 650+) EVEN IF YOU THINK YOU ARE GETTING A DEAL due to the financial turmoil going on with Webco, you will be gambling with ALL ASPECTS OF THE HOME, quality, structural, roof, appliances, wiring, and more. As a former employee,I KNOW, bad checks have been written, suplliers not paid, leins put on homes, and MORE. My advice, GO TO ANOTHER BUILDER. IF you do not, remember you heard it here and HAVE BEEN WARNED. EVEN AT A 'DEAL" you are in for a very ROUGH RIDE.
