Had a new central air unit installed (Trane) 2 summers ago. My window units cooled better than this unit installed by Weber. Had to call them a short one month after install because it wasn’t working right, and again last summer. A nice cool 84 degrees in my house when the unit is “working”. Now this year we’ve called and left several messages since the warm day in February and received no return phone calls. Now we have been forced to contact Trane to hopefully find A legitimate cooling company. I really hate leaving bad reviews but poor service and work should not be allowed to continue. This was something that cost us thousands of dollars and one wouldn’t expect any issues with what is suppose to be a brand new unit. Also just found out that there is no valid contractor license or HVAC certification from WV.
