Had hail damage on my roof and Zach did a good job so when we were settling up I decided to have him put new gutters on my house and garage and paid him in advance... Big mistake. 3 months he finally showed up and put gutters on but didn't complete the job and they leak all over. Then winter hit so now I am going on 7 months and he has still not completed the job or fixed any leaks but when I contact him he says next week he will fix everything but doesn't show up!
