Do NOT hire Chase Corbin with Weird Development. He is a con artist, and has no clue what he's doing. He scammed me and ruined my property, it cost me $17,000 to fix the damage he did. .He will gaslight you from the get-go and convince you that he's a professional. He's not. He reeks of booze, he shakes and sweats when he talks to you, and I have video of his employees doing a drug deal in my driveway which he tried to tell me was "them buying cigarettes" in addition to a small baggie on my lawn. I have video and photographic proof of all of this, including the damage he did to my land. Stay far away from this company.
