Note: This is our experience with this company. Your experience may be different but we wanted to provide others a cautionary tale as we were the ones that looked at Google reviews before we hired this company. Now whenever someone asks if we have a recommendation for a pool company - well tell them who NOT to use. We spent over $100K on a pool and had nothing but issues with them.
This company proved extremely difficult to work with and were not forthcoming with information. We started our pool build in Feb 2021 and didn't start swimming until Labor Day - for what was originally told to us would be an 8-12 week project. The reason we went with this company is because they told us they had their own equipment and didn't have to wait for anyone else - so we thought they would move fast the entire project - wrong!
Advise #1: If it is not in the contract, don't expect it to get done
Advise #2: They will be nice and agree to things - right up until they collect the money - then they will "forget" they agreed to something
Advise #3: Inflate whatever timeline they give you - they are not transparent on their timelines and don't provide the most accurate information.
Advise #4: They will try to bully you into things you didn't agree to - or tell you how they didn't agree to what you are wanting and as such you have to go with their idea
Advise #5: Don't use this company at all!Issues we had:
1. We actually ended up removing the landscaping costs from our contract and did it our self since the project was so behind schedule.
2. We originally agreed to have piles of dirt removed during the inital dig put in front yard and leveled out - but because we didn't put it in the contract, we end up with piles of rocks in our front yard that are still sitting there.
3. We originally agreed to have a pile of rocks moved to the back of our property and when we complained it wasn't completed, we were told they would go to the back of our property and move the back - unreal customer service!
4. We thought we had agreed to have our desk sealed - apparently it wasn't in the contract because they reminded us after we asked for weeks when it was going to be completed that it wasn't their job to seal the deck.
5. Everytime we asked for an update on certain parts of our project, we were given a new name of someone to talk to, got the run around from them on the update and never got a true answer - all the way up until the end.Bottomline, save yourself the frustration and the hassle of dealing with this company. They are all about the money - you hold no leverage once that contract is signed with them - and if you think you will just hold on to the money until they do what you want them to do, you will lose with them - they've been doing this for a while and know how to play the game with the contract.
This is not a good company to deal with - customer service was non-existent, the people you deal with are bullies.

I had a very disappointing experience with Weisz Selection. I was asked to provide a $27,000 deposit before any written agreement was in place. After the company later presented a bid that was far above my budget, I decided not to move forward. Despite no construction work being performed, my request for a refund was refused. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this company proceed with extreme caution.
