Welbilt Supreme Craftsmanship remodeled our upstairs bathroom and fixed the plumbing behind the walls, which was extensive work. They had to rip out the entire bathroom down to the studs, fix the pipes behind the walls, and install a whirlpool tub. They were also able to fix a pipe that froze during the process because of the extreme cold and installed a shut-off valve. Welbilt rescued us from a nightmare. We had a horrific experience with another contractor which left us with a bathroom that we couldn't use. We were left with realizing we were going to have to start all over again. Welbilt came in rescued us from our misery and delivered a beautiful new master bathroom! We were able to even get our guest bathroom a partial facelift too and we paid about the same for all of it! The work was done on time and their experts workers were very courteous and always left our house in great shape after a hard day's work. We will recommend Welbilt to all of our friends and family.

Welbilt had to take down two walls and put In a beam to create our open layout kitchen. It was a huge job and we took three bids. But the other two bids wouldn't take out the walls, and we didn't want to settle. Ben said yes right away and brought an engineer who gave the okay. Every change easy passed by us for approval and the work was done very well. Issues we had after the remodel were handled. Someone visiting said it looked like it was always there, but my partner and I know what a huge transformation this kitchen was to our house and our lives. Moe was a great lifeline through the whole project which was completed before the estimated time.

Added 215 sq.ft. to Master Bedroom including enlarged and remodeled Master Bathroom, siting area, and walk-in closet. This was the second project we've contracted with Welbilt (first was a kitchen remodel in 2019). Work was completed on schedule, within budget, and met all our expectations. Welbilt kept us apprised of the progress by email. They stayed on the job until every item on our punch list had been addressed to our satisfaction. Ben and Moe are a very nice couple and are a joy to work with. When unforeseen problems arise, Ben's voice over the phone is very calming and reassuring and indeed all problems were resolved. Moe walks through the project frequently and will spot items that don't meet his expectations and see that they are corrected without us having to say a word. We had no intention of redoing our 58-year-old kitchen until Moe from Welbilt called one day. I never appreciate sales calls, but Moe was so pleasant that I scheduled a consultation with Ben. He was very thorough and helpful. Before we knew it, our kitchen was being completely renovated. Everyone at Welbilt was very patient with us as we chose materials and I invariably worried about everything! Ben and Moe kept reassuring me that it would all be fine, and they would take care of everything. And they did! They redid our kitchen and pantry from top to bottom. They also replaced the floor in the entry and guest bathroom, and replaced all the door and floor moldings. Their workers were skilled, very polite and respectful, and cleaned up after themselves every afternoon before they left. The finished kitchen is gorgeous! Exactly what I wanted.....simple, clean, and warm! It is a perfect kitchen for this house. Any issues, large or small, that arose were taken care of to our satisfaction. This was the fourth project that Welbilt has done for us. They did a complete remodel of our kitchen, both bathrooms, and removed popcorn ceilings and repainted two family rooms. This project involved removing a chimney that sat perpendicular from the wall in the middle of our family room. They did the complete demo in one day, sealing off the room with plastic to cut down on dust as much as they could. Very impressed! They had to patch the roof, patch the ceiling, and the wall. The very creative part was what to do with the floor area where the chimney base had been. The tile on the floor surrounding the area was discontinued so we were able to find a similar tile that their amazing tile guy laid at a diagonal and it looks fantastic!

We came to Welbilt with a home that was in poor shape and needed not only remodeling, but also major infrastructure repair and updates, such as piping, wiring, A/C and heating, etc. Welbilt was proactive in advising us on the design, selection and quality of materials, forthcoming with responses to our questions and concerns. I am not what you'd call an easy customer, but Welbilt was very responsive in resolving the issues that inevitably come up with any project of this scope. They have also shown that they are willing to follow up on post-project touch-ups, etc; they are determined that we be fully satisfied with the project.

We are extremely happy in our new home and gladly recommend them. The project was expensive, due to the damage and poor maintenance accruing over many years, and Welbilt was also helpful in assisting us to find financing when our other sources were slow and unhelpful in responding.

This is our 2nd project with Welbilt. First was an awesome kitchen/family room remodel. This time they did a bathroom remodel, and porcelain tile flooring (living, dining, entry, hall, bath, laundry). Ben provided a detailed estimate of the cost as well as told us what our responsibilities were. There were NO surprise costs. Ben hires skilled workers (painter, electrician, tile guy, plumber...) who are always on time and polite (no loud talk or radios), able to communicate with me (I speak only English), do meticulous work, and clean up daily before they leave. Ben is on-site almost every day to oversee the quality of work. Ben and Moe are great to work with and responsive to all my texts and emails. We are going to use Welbilt for our next big project (inside staircase redo and new front door). It's great to have a company you can trust.

The price while a bit higher than other bids, was justified by the assignment of a project manager who helped with the design, met me at the home improvement store to pick out the specific tiles and provided exact measurements, and who provided me with on going supervision of the workers and timely status updates.

The workers showed up on time and took great care to protect the carpet and the rest of the house. The work quality was excellent. I would highly recommend them for the quality of their work.

We were in need of a major master bathroom remodel and were referred to Welbilt by a friend who had been extremely please with their master bath remodel. Welbilt Supreme Craftsmanship completed our remodeling project that involved a full kitchen remodel and structural changes. We could not be more pleased with the results. Ben, Moe, and office staff were highly professional and good communication was made a priority by all. They accommodated all of our change requests. Ben was mindful that my family was living through the remodel and made efforts to keeping the renovation dust limited to a portion of the house. The stress of the remodel was lightened by Ben and Moe's empathy and care as parents of young children as well. Workers sometimes made errors and small damages to areas such as the flooring and walls. Yet with each of these problems, Ben would correct them without question or added charges. He also took full responsibility for unanticipated problems with the installation of a custom range hood. In his words: "I will take care of you." In the end, we have a beautiful, high-end kitchen, media room, and more functional laundry room and garage.

Welbilt Supreme Craftsmanship was such a lucky find for me! I inherited a house from my parents that was built in 1933. As my parents aged there was a lot of deferred maintenance that needed to be addressed. While searching for a quartz countertop to coordinate with my existing beige flooring, I came across Welbilt. They had what I wanted and secured a backsplash with a mosaic to complete the color scheme. Moe is a hands-on contractor-owner. He oversees every step of the job in the process. The workers willingly accommodate customer requests. If an installation is not satisfactory, it is corrected. Welbilt does an excellent job with the price charged.

Moe managed the project and was extremely conscientious making sure all work was done correctly and completed as promised. Last month Horizon repaired the stucco, wood trim and painted our house. The paint started to peel on part of the trim and they promptly repaired it. We are also happy with the patio cover they did for us.

They also installed recessed lighting under the cabinets which brings out the ambiance of the kitchen. It was a complex operation and they project-managed it flawlessly. They started with demolition work: removed old tiles, soaking tub, sink & vanity, toilet, linen closet. remodeling 3 bathrooms at the same time. It was not an easy task, we were very impressed how they managed to keep the house clean during the demolition work. Workers were very professional, polite & really tidy. They hovered the floors at the end of every day of their work. They installed new flooring, dry wall, bath tub with glass shower screen, vanity, recess lights and all other bathroom accessorize, tiling looks really good. We are very happy with our modern and clean looking bathrooms. We have decided to supply most of the material ourselves: tiles, soaking tub, vanity, counter top, faucet, glass bath tub screen etc.. We will contact and hire Welbilt Supreme Craftsmanship services again.

me. I am just overjoyed with the final result. I
personally contacted Moonlight
after I came across their add in homemag. I set up a
time for a free consultation and met with Ben my
project manager. Ben gave me a crash course in what
I we needed and what could be done. We spent hours
discussing different patterns and designs. We
eventually came to an agreement and I decided to
move forward with Ben and Moe for a full kitchen remodel.

DO NOT HIRE! We were swindled out of > $110k and left with a house that was fully flooded due to a plumbing mistake made by these contractors. We have since found three other people who were similarly scammed out of hundreds of thousands of dollars.

My husband and I hired Ben and Moe for a total home remodel project (kitchen, 3 bathrooms, flooring). We were quoted $120k for the project at the time of signatures. On day 2 of demo, Ben and Moe presented us with a $23k change order to replace the subfloors in 2 of the bathrooms because of suspected mold. They refused to share any specifics on the cost breakdown and insisted that we needed to pay in full on the spot before they can continue with the work. 2 weeks later, we were slapped with another $50k change order to replace the subfloors throughout the rest of the house. They refused to entertain any alternate solutions, refused to descope the floor work, told us the only option was to sign and immediately pay the full amount of the change order. Ben also threatened to put a lien on our home if we refused to pay. We didn't know our rights and ended up paying out of fear of litigation. Finally, 2 weeks later, we arrived at our house to find all three floors of our house flooded by a water leak from an improperly sawdered pipe. After paying more than $110k, we are now left with a water damaged house requiring an additional $250k in repairs.
