I've seen a number of their properties and have found them to be very attentive to details. The homes are beautiful and have been done with care. The items that came up in inspections were rectified and the home is safe and sound. I would highly recommend purchasing from them. I'm very pleased.

By Beck T.February 1, 2019I purchased from them and do not recommend anyone purchase from them$69,000
I did no research on this company before I purchased a home in July 2018. This person used the cheapest AC company in the Metroplex to install the cheapest Goodman Capacitor driven 3 ton unit that should have been a 4 ton for my 1600 sq ft. I’m fighting temperature variances & humidity issues that are completely unnecessary. They did NOT use a Licensed Electrician to do the electrical work. They installed ceiling fans, WITHOUT BRACES, directly into Sheetrock. The lights they installed were screwed directly into the Sheetrock with NO BOXES! The house was improperly grounded and Arcing was occurring which burned my refrigerator. The GFCI outlets were not grounded, were not installed properly and overloaded but never tripped on a daily basis. There was a birds nest in the attic, they left cat urine in the floors and I will have to completely tear out the flooring as Dalworth was unable to remove the overwhelming cat urine smell. They didn’t even bother to install the roof properly and ripped up siding was not replaced causing rodent intrusion. The lawn was pathetic, the fence was shoddy and not one gate could be locked.
This company could be sued for their lack of code compliance in this remodel. This is company who is not interested in customer service and they lied about installing a new AC cut off. Do NOT BUY anything they have flipped! You’ll be in the hole when you buy and once you own, your in the hole from the repairs they should have done properly in the first place!

A year later after purchasing our home from this company and we are still making repairs that began one month after purchase. Purchased July 8th 2022. City of Irving said none of the renovations made by Welcome Home Holdings were permitted and they have ZERO records of any permits during the construction. $58,000 and one year later. We are still getting push back from the city for the below average renovations made to the house. Buyer beware! Get a public records request from the city and spend the extra money for a building inspector before you buy if you choose to due business with this company. At least you'll know what you're getting into that way. White paint is their best friend and they spray it on thick everywhere to cover up all of the mistakes and poor workmanship completed.
