OMG!!! I couldn't agree with you more. I made the mistake of using Miracle Swimming Pools (2011) and regret it. Gary and Amy (his nasty know it all wife) made the entire process misasble. I too experienced bait and switch techniques. They are shady unprofessional people who have absolutely no regard for their clients.

Well Built Pools also know as Miracle Pools is a disaster. Don't use them. They practice bait and switch methods, do shoddy work, never meet schedule requirements, and have absolutely no regard to their clients. They'll take your money and leave you hanging every step of the way.
