  HORRIBLE.... Please look up this company before doing any work with them. Had I done so I would have avoided all the headaches I have with them. Mike is not capable of the work he says he can do. He takes short cuts and lies about everything. He is full of excuses and is a crook. Something that was suppose to take 5 days to complete has lasted 3 months and it was not finished. Kept asking for money and disappeared. Would not show up when he said he would. Never worked a complete week. If we were lucky he probably showed up twice in a span of two weeks. Always had an excuse and couldn't deliver on his word, ever! Please stay away from this company. He doesn't know how to do a retaining wall, doesn't know how to lay pavers, destroyed all my surrounding grass which is another expense I have to take on to get my lawn reseeded. I had to pay another company to redo it because what little work he did had to be done over or my basement would flood because of how he prepared the ground. Not only did he fill the retaining wall with soil (instead of stone as professionals do) he glued the paver caps on upside down. Some were even damaged and probably thought we wouldn't notice. The wall was not even and the pavers were not leveled either. They were moving around and not in line with the steps so there was a gap that was a trip hazard. The list goes on with all the wrong things that were done by a company. He can't blame it on his workers cause look at the example they have.

  tenant move out, clean, paint & carpet

  Mike and his company was hired to do an apartment remodel after a tenant move out. They did a great job, clean, neat and in time. I would hire them again.

  Deck

  I'd give zero stars if I could. My husband and I hired Mike and his cronies last year to do our deck. He needed to rip out the old wooden structure, secure joists, and replace water damaged planks with new planks. He was the supposed to install treks, paint the railings, install a new concrete walkway and lay down new sod. I knew something was off when DAY one he and his cronies showed up over an hour late. I had to call to inquire about his wear abouts. As the days went on, I was told there would be 2-3 guys working in my deck at a time to complete it quickly. Nope, it was just one guy, who was on his phone the whole day (I watched the footage from our camera). As time went on the deck was installed, concrete was complete, they had to install the sod as promised. Mike and his cronies installed 3/4 of the sod and then disappeared for almost two weeks. At this point he was given his money in full and just needed to get more sod, so I was very confused as to why he never came back. After I left a horrible review on Home Adviser, he called. He asked for me to change the review and they'll come back. I removed the review all together and my grass was installed. Less than a year later my deck is buckling, and the grass died. I've called and texted Mike and I was given the run around. I was told someone would come by, I was told someone would call, I was told he was in Texas for a family emergency, blah blah blah. When you try to find his contact information online, his website is down. DO NOT hire these crooks. He comes across as a good guy who knows his stuff but in reality they're crooks. My deck is still not fixed and I will pursue legal action.
